Roles and Responsibilities


You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.


Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on the scope of supply target in the maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company.


The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams.


Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, driving sales operations, market development, and setting up and managing distributors.


Direct and manage all sales-related activities including the Acquisition of new customers, Handling of Key accounts, and Project Management.



Desired Candidate Profile


The person should be BE - Electronics with Post Graduate in Management in sales & marketing and in the age group of 35 to 45 yrs.



Work experience of 10 to 12 years in Product Sales, Alternate channel sales, Tech sales, Channel Partner Development & Sales.


Should have a proven record of driving P and L. Impeccable hold on B2B selling of IOT / Electronic Embedded products /hardcore sales with a track record to drive numbers.


Must be from Electronics / IoT product development background.


Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.


A team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.


Proven ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.


Manage customer relations and project follow up with the engineering team.
