Job Description

1. Incumbent should have Functional expertise - New Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Business Planning, Productivity Improvements.
2. Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions.
3. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
4. Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
5. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
6. Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
7. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
8. Should be able to sell:
Product Development/ Legacy data conversion 2D to 3D and one platform to another platform/ Reverse Engineering/ Onsite Staffing /Embedded Electronic Design/ Medical & Consumer Electronics/ IoT Solutions etc.

Required Candidate profile

1. Expertise in lead generation management, bid management, visit management, customer account management and relationship management with internal and external USA / EU / UK based clients.
2. Should have a strong sales intelligence, Multi-tasking skills, Negotiation, Analytical skills and presentation skills.
3. Should possess Sales aptitude, spontaneous thought process and go-getter attitude.
4. Proven success in accessing new clients & new markets
5. Ability to work independently with a team peers & partners.
6. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
7. Having experience in USA territory would be plus and willing to travel to USA/ UK for Short / Long term basis.
